Job Duties

• Integrate data between core trading platforms, wealth management systems, mobile apps, and enterprise data lake.
• Design and maintain secure, stable, and efficient data exchange processes.
• Provide Level 2 production support; collaborate with infrastructure teams, business users, and external vendors.
• Implement data governance and information architecture standards (ingestion, classification, lineage, integration, catalog, quality, security, scalability, availability).
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to centralize multi-source data.
• Align data activities with data protection and security policies.
• Standardize data models, dictionaries, business logic, glossaries, and definitions.
• Define data quality monitoring and improvement plans.
• Provide data management process design and planning.
• Recommend data sources, business rules, output formats, and delivery methods based on requirements.
• Work on data integration and enablement for big data platforms.
• Maintain health of analytics and BI platforms.
• Support business analytics data roadmap and drive execution with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on business analysis, data mining, and analytical tools.
• Foster a data-driven culture across IT and business.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune the existing data lake.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data management, data analytics, big data implementation
• Solid experience on Sybase/MSSQL/ DB2 programming skills
• Knowledge of Python, Hadoop, PySpark, Airflow
• Solid experience on enterprise data model design
• Solid experience on data preparation, ETL and data integration. E.g. Dremio, Snowflake or Databricks
• Proven experience in data analysis and data management
• Proven experience in various analytics and reporting tools – Tableau/Power BI
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills are required, including the capacity to articulate the case for information management in the language of business
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal or external stakeholders

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per month
