HKR International Limited Hiring! Full Time Associate Manager - IT Infrastructure in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The incumbent is responsible for planning, installing, maintain, problem resolution and recoverability of the IT Infrastructure. He/she co-ordinates with other team members to enhance the current network development, document the physical layout and maintain high user accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Cloud/WAN/LAN, server provisioning, workstations, backup and recovery to ensure smooth running of the infrastructure
• Manage vendors, and evaluate trends in new products and solutions to improve operational efficiency, security maturity and cost effectiveness
• Administer user accounts in Cloud, AD and email system
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency)
• Manage and continuously improve IT helpdesk services to ensure timely support to business users
• Maintain proper documentation such as policies, network diagram and operation manual
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Computer Science or equivalent
• 7 years relevant experience
• Related disciplines and holder of CCNP & MCSE is preferred
• Technical experience in administration of AD, Router, DNS and DR recovery arrangement
• Solid experience in network administration and supporting internet, Windows servers and firewall systems
• Hand-on setup and administration of Azure / AWS will be an advantage
• Hand-on O365 migration project experience will be an advantage
