HGC Global Communications Ltd Hiring! Full Time Solution Consultant- Engineer (Pre-sales) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:
Provide network and/or application solution selling to customers

Deliver technical pre‑sales support and solution consultation

Collect user requirements, establish solution design and present proposed solutions to customers

Liaise with customers as well as internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of network services

Requirements:
Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Science, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a pre-sales role

Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, telecom services, and network solutions

Experience with CPE configuration is preferred

Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routers and switches, optical networks, and UC networks

Professional certifications (MCSE, CCNP, CCNA, ITIL, etc.) are an advantage

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Solution Consultant position
