Job Responsibilities:
Full understanding of menu items, recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods, presentation standard
Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines
Follow up the daily operation production and check the food storage
Assist in kitchen with food production
Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
Good command of English and Cantonese
Culinary experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is preferred
Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
