About the Role:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding testing inquiries, quotation generation, and sample tracking. You will support the sales and laboratory teams by ensuring the accurate processing of testing applications, maintaining timely communication with clients, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal technical departments.

The Job

Process client testing requests from initial inquiry to final report issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Coordinate with the laboratory and technical teams to ensure testing turnaround times (TAT) are met.

Track the status of test samples and provide proactive, accurate updates to clients.

Handle customer inquiries regarding testing services, pricing, and report delivery with responsiveness.

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, service proposals, and client onboarding documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the Softlines sales team as needed.

The Person

Excellent written and spoken English; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset and professional demeanor.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities (crucial for handling multiple client accounts and test requests).

Proficiency with computers and common office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with the testing and certification industry, or an educational background in Textiles, Clothing, or a related field is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
