Responsibilities

Job Summary
This role will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline across IT and HR projects and programs, managing P&L accountability, tracking headcount planning, and overseeing asset management to support strategic decision-making.
This role is also responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of IT and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget, Forecast and Expense Management : Develop, manage, and monitor IT and HR budgets for all cost centers across all regions. Coordinate and prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Track and communicate with IT and HR regional owners and regional accounting teams to understand the gaps against budget and forecast, to ensure proper accounting adjustments. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership. Coordinate and prepare for the presentation with senior management during annual budget cycle.
  • Capital Investment Management : Support IT and HR leadership in managing cost centers projects spending. Coordinate with IT and HR projects teams to report for people cost and travel spending capitalization on a monthly base. Track for proper projects assignments documentation, to ensure investment capitalization is in compliance with accounting policies.
  • Headcount Planning : Collaborate with HR and cost center heads to forecast staffing needs. Monitor resource allocation across projects and ensure optimal workforce utilization. Track contractor vs. FTE ratios and provide recommendations for efficiency. Support for Headcount budget, forecast and variance analysis.
  • Asset Management : Maintain accurate records of IT and HR assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. Ensure procurement requests are properly prepared to distinguish between expense transactions and capitalized transactions. Coordinate for annual physical assets count.
  • PMO Governance & Reporting : Establish financial governance frameworks for IT and HR projects and programs. Provide executive-level reporting on budget status, forecasts, and financial risks. Support portfolio prioritization and investment decisions with financial analysis.
  • Demand & Supply Analysis: Evaluate and balance IT and HR demand against available resources, enabling informed decision-making and prioritization.
  • ~10-20% Project Management : Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project delivery.
  • Vendor Management : Manage vendor contracts and financial terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, HR or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, IT/ HR project management or PMO leadership, preferably within IT or technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience with headcount planning and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
