About the role:
Love dessert? So do we. We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team and transform everyday ingredients into gastronomic masterpieces to wow our Members. You will be working in close partnership with our Head Chef to craft a menu of irresistible desserts.

This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting project in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board!

What you need to have:
Substantial experience in pastry menu design, dessert creation and baked goods
A creative passion for developing new and appealing flavours
Proven experience in a pastry kitchen in a similar capacity
Unfaltering enthusiasm, a positive attitude and serious attention to detail
Outstanding communication, organisation and time-management skills

What you will do:
Develop a creative menu of decadent desserts and continually test new recipes to surprise and delight our Members
Select and source fresh, seasonal ingredients in partnership with local and international suppliers
Share your professional knowledge with the wider team – we are collaborators at heart!
Anticipate and identify Members’ dessert preferences and adjust the menu to suit
Maintain a high degree of consistency in approved recipes and communicate efficiently with the Head Chef to ensure the pastry team perform at the highest level
Seek out the latest industry trends to create new and exciting desserts to impress our Members
