This role accelerates Own Brand growth across new and emerging markets by building high‑impact distributor partnerships that enable fast, scalable, and sustainable market entry. By combining deep route‑to‑market expertise with strong commercial judgment, the role ensures our products reach customers through the right offline and online channels— delivering quality, consistency, and trust at every touchpoint, always with the purpose of putting a smile on customers’ faces .

Core Capabilities You Will Apply Daily

Market Expansion & Prioritisation

Apply a customer‑focused, data‑driven lens to identify, prioritise, and sequence new markets based on O+O (Offline + Online) potential and customer needs, enabling fast yet thoughtful expansion.

Distributor Partner Identification & Selection

Evaluate and appoint distributor partners using clear, scientific criteria—balancing commercial capability, operational readiness, and brand alignment—to build scalable and sustainable partnerships.

Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring

Lead structured, fact‑based commercial negotiations to establish distributor agreements that deliver healthy margins, long‑term growth, and shared value for customers and partners.

Go‑to‑Market Activation (O+O Execution)

Coordinate end‑to‑end go‑to‑market readiness across assortment, pricing, and launch timelines, ensuring consistent execution across offline retail and online platforms.

Distributor Performance Management

Drive scale‑up in newly entered markets through disciplined performance tracking, insights from sales and market data, and actionable improvement plans rooted in continuous optimisation.

Brand & Compliance Stewardship

Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring distributor adherence to brand standards, pricing architecture, promotional guidelines, and reporting requirements—delivering a clear and consistent customer proposition.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work as one team with brand, supply chain, finance, and legal partners—making collaboration our way of working to enable smooth launches and scalable market operations.

Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint to support fact‑based storytelling
