Job Description

• Lead global cash flow and liquidity management activities to support the company's overall financial strength and flexibility
• Manage foreign exchange exposures and transactions in compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance treasury policies, processes, and controls to improve operational efficiency and risk management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and business teams to forecast cash requirements and support funding strategies
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize services and terms
• Prepare and deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
• Monitor financial markets and macroeconomic trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities impacting treasury operations
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Finance Manager (Japanese Speaker) Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
• Min 4 years of experience in AP/AR OR GL
• Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2)
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations and cash flow management. Candidate with AP/AR or RTR is an added advantage
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a large organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
