Process work passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Update and verify time management system reports and overtime requests for payroll processing.
Track employee confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals by immediate supervisors.
Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmations, annual increments, and promotions.
Conduct recruitment activities in collaboration with external vendors and employment agencies.
Compile and submit HR reports to the HR Manager on a monthly basis or as needed.
Source and coordinate training programs while liaising with industry trainers and institutions.
Assist in organizing company events and employee welfare activities.
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and relevant departments on various HR and administrative needs.
Diploma in HR Management or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and proficiency in MS Office.
