Responsibilities
Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Assistant on a one-year contract, where you'll play a crucial role in order processing and coordination, ensuring smooth shipping operations.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders through the SAP system.
Coordinate with shipping lines regarding delivery schedules and trucking arrangements based on customer requirements.
Prepare all necessary shipping documentation.
Handle ad-hoc duties, including filing and data entry.
Requirements:
Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to commence work on short notice is a plus.
