Key Responsibilities:

• Kickstart your career with hands-on project coordination and real business exposure from day one
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions
• Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything on track
• Prepare clear and structured project documentation including plans, status updates, and progress reports
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Identify project challenges proactively and contribute practical, solutions-oriented ideas to keep initiatives moving

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,300.00 per month
