Responsibilities

Distribution

• Picking and packing
• Update records and inventory systems accurately

Production

• Package materials
• Complete documentation to verify materials

General

• Execute instructions accurately in line with SOP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Complete all documentation in compliance with GMP
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facilities according to SOP.
• Basic set-up of technical equipment in production activities
• Count and record materials; ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
• Report any poor quality and breaches in procedure to supervisor
• Other tasks as required by the manager

Criteria

• Basic Microsoft and IT skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with some heavy lifting done occasionally as part of the job scope
• Comfortable with low temperatures (under 25C) because cold room packaging is done occasionally; thick jackets are provided
• It would be advantageous to have educational qualification in engineering-related fields to handle machinery and equipment.

Our office is situated in Changi Business Park and company buses are available to different parts of Singapore.
