We are seeking a Head of Professional Learning & Development to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of initiatives for 700 administrative and support employees. You will empower our workforce to remain agile and deeply aligned with our mission to foster peace and sustainability in the heart of Singapore.

This position is a dual-campus role, and the successful candidate should be readily available to commence in August 2026 (with some flexibility).

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3-year professional learning strategy that anticipates future skills and aligns with institutional goals.
• Oversee the college’s e-Learning platform and high-impact events like the Professional Development Festivals.
• Design tiered leadership frameworks and executive coaching to build strategic capability across academic and administrative sectors.
• Act as an internal expert in building high-performing, healthy teams through workshops and data-informed interventions.
• Manage L&D budgets and utilize analytics to provide leadership with insights into organizational capability and impact.

Person Specifications

• Minimum 15 years in L&D with 5 years in a lead role, preferably with a degree in HR or Organizational Development.
• Proven expertise in managing blended learning ecosystems and collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• High level of initiative and professional integrity, with the ability to balance high-level strategy and hands-on operational delivery.
