Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as:
- Managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents
- Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately
- Generate the DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly
- Handling virtual goods (i.e., software license) delivery
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow, such as:
- Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently
- Alignment of product warranty
- Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents
- Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage
- Arrangement of the order fulfillment schedule for in-house drivers
- Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned, such as filing
Requirements:
- Cheerful personality with a good learning attitude
- Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Coordinate with other departments regarding the stock movement/ transfer/ return & delivery matters
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
