Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
• Oversee quality control for stamping and plating processes from incoming materials to final inspection.
• Act as the key person for Customer Quality, including handling complaints, audits, and customer communication.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage and support Environmental & Safety (EHS) compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain ISO 14001 (Environmental) & ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) systems.
• Plan and lead internal and external audits (quality, environmental, safety, and customer audits).
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality and EHS issues.
• Lead or support the quality team depending on experience level.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in quality management / engineering.
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Experience in stamping and/or plating industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
• Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.).
• Knowledge in Environmental & Safety regulations is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Manager level.
