Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing staff. This role acts as a key leader on the shop floor and steps in as Store Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance
• Support sales targets achievement and monitor store KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance reviews
• Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and reduce stock loss
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards are met
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and promotional activities
• Handle cash management and daily reports when required
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
