Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) with 5–8 years of experience in testing or manufacturing environments, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test equipment, and validation processes, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with Management Systems and Code of Conduct (e.g., ISO), including documentation and audit practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily testing operations, including task assignment, resource planning, and monitoring team performance.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and management systems, adhering to internal procedures, external regulations, and code of conduct.
• Review and approve test results, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
• Manage testing equipment activities, including calibration, maintenance, and verification to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Lead test method validation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and control testing schedules and workload allocation to meet production and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering) to resolve issues and improve product performance.
• Analyze testing data and report insights, identifying trends, driving improvements, and supporting management reviews with data-driven updates.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
