Job Description

Responsibilities

We are hiring for Planning Executive, Purchasing Executive, and Shipping Executive roles. These positions provide end-to-end exposure in supply chain operations including production planning, procurement, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

i) Planning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage production planning schedules based on customer forecasts and orders
  • Perform material planning (MRP) and coordinate with purchasing and production teams
  • Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and closure
  • Analyze forecast changes and adjust production planning accordingly
  • Control finished goods (FG) inventory to meet demand requirements
  • Track shipment readiness and ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of MRP / ERP system is an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and good coordination skills

ii) Purchasing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage purchase orders based on forecast and customer orders
  • Follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgement and delivery schedules
  • Ensure timely system updates for all purchasing transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability
  • Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, lead time)
  • Handle return shipments and ensure proper approvals
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–2 years of purchasing experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills

iii) Shipping

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shipping documents including Delivery Order (DO), Proforma Invoice, and Packing List
  • Coordinate shipment planning and logistics arrangement for on-time delivery
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping liners, and customers for booking and documentation
  • Process shipment booking based on forecast and coordinate with planning team
  • Monitor logistics and shipment status to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of export/shipping documents
  • Maintain shipping records and update system data

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of logistics / shipping / export documentation is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
