Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit & Compliance Executive to support internal audit reviews, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting across the organization.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in internal audit, compliance, risk management, AML/CFT, governance, and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to review operational processes, internal controls, and compliance practices.
- Evaluate processes related to inventory, sales, procurement, finance, and customer transactions.
- Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and operational risks, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and AML/CFT requirements.
- Support KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and transaction monitoring processes.
- Assist in risk assessments and implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Maintain audit documentation, compliance records, and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Conduct compliance awareness training and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or prior exposure in audit, compliance, AML, risk management, or finance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
