Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer concerns.
  • Achieve service quality and productivity targets.

equirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
