Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Cosway Experience Centre (LG Floor, Berjaya Times Square). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, where you'll assist with product inquiries, promote items, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. You’ll also help with day-to-day operations and basic administrative tasks on the sales floor.

Job Description

• Greet visitors warmly and handle them professionally.
• Promote products to visitors/customers and drive sales
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area is well-maintained
• Support the day-to-day administrative tasks of the sales office
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager

Job Requirements:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends & p/holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
