Procurement Executive (Regional Exposure – SEA)

Kuala Lumpur | Contract (Renewable)
Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,800

We are currently looking for a Procurement Executive to support regional sourcing and procurement activities across Southeast Asia. This role offers strong hands-on exposure in RFQ, vendor management, and cross-border stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, sourcing, evaluation, and vendor selection
• Manage communication with vendors and internal stakeholders across SEA regions
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and documentation
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and governance standards
• Support cost optimisation initiatives and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
• 1–3 years experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Purchasing
• Hands-on experience with RFQ and vendor management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working with regional stakeholders
• Mandarin proficiency (conversational or above) is required
• Open to contract role and regional exposure
• Experience in Oracle system is preferred (training will be provided)
• Nice to have: exposure to regional procurement / multi-country operations
