JD Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare cost estimates for project tenders
• Manage cost control throughout project implementation
• Coordinate and conduct negotiations with subcontractors
• Calculate and prepare quantities of work items and materials required for procurement
• Perform on-site measurements for progress payment claims
• Measure on-site variations, discuss changes, and determine pricing
• Provide advisory services in cases of disputes or conflicts
• Handle contractual issues and ensure compliance with terms and conditions

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
