The Customer Care Consultant (CCC) role is to resolve customer complaints . The CCC is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. The CCC is also required to assist customer in their inquiries.

Working Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)

- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement

- Fully vaccinated applicants only

- Able to start immediately

Working Days : Rotational Shift Monday - Sunday *Work any 5 days in a week with 2 days off

Working Hours :

* 9AM - 6PM

* 10AM - 7PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
