Join Proton Aapico Motor Sdn. Bhd. (Chan Sow Lin), an authorized Proton 4S Centre, and be the key liaison between our customers and workshop team. We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering excellent aftersales service and building long-term customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
• Manage and register service appointment bookings efficiently.
• Promote service packages and genuine parts sales.
• Execute Customer Satisfaction (CS) related duties and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress and promptly inform customers of any delays.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct appointment reminder calls one day prior to scheduled service.
• Regularly update customers on parts status using the Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• SKM / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT-literate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence.
• Customer-focused, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
