Location: Taman Maluri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. (nearby MRT/LRT Maluri)

Responsibilities:

1 Dealing with clients and suppliers for service proposal, quotation, order and contract.

2 Handle and oversee all the hostel management .

3 Prepare the Purchase Requisition for any payments to the suppliers or service provider.

4 Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as car, motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys.

5 Manage and monitor office cleanliness and maintenance.

6 Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon, car wash and touch n go card.

7 Motor vehicle insurance claiming

8 Manage and handle permit renewals for lorries and other matters related to transportation and vehicle.

9 Communicate with JPJ, APAD, and other requirement needs for lorries and vehicles management.

10 Handle receiving, quality check and return of the new arrival stock

11 Monitor, order and manage office supplies, stock, furniture, stationary, pantry

12 Controlling and keeping check of company’s logistic

13 Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 year experiences in administrative field.

2. Preferred candidate with degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or other related course.

3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
