We are a growing consultancy specializing in ERP (Oracle NetSuite). We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting Sales Representative to drive our market expansion. You won’t just be managing a pipeline; you will be the face of the company, identifying high-growth businesses and helping them solve complex operational challenges through digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads within the ERP (NetSuite) and CRM space through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep-level relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders, moving beyond "vendor" status to "trusted advisor."
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales journey from initial discovery calls and demos to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to position our customized ERP/eCommerce solutions effectively.
- Data-Driven Growth: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, tracking key metrics (conversion rates, sales velocity) to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are exceeded.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS, ERP, or IT Services sectors.
- Closing Ability: A documented track record of navigating long sales cycles and closing high-value, complex technical deals.
- Negotiation: Exceptional ability to handle objections and negotiate contracts that balance client needs with company profitability.
- Communication: Elite presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical ERP jargon into clear business value for non-technical owners.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
