- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and gap analysis sessions.
- Prepare:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and changes.
Banking Domain Support
- Support banking applications such as:
- Core Banking
- Internet/Mobile Banking
- Loan Systems
- Credit Card Systems
- Payments & Remittance
- Treasury
- AML/KYC Systems
- Understand banking operational workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure solutions comply with banking standards and internal governance.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise between business users and IT teams.
- Coordinate with:
- Product Owners
- Developers
- QA/Testers
- Infrastructure Teams
- Vendors
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and sign-offs.
Project & Delivery Support
- Participate in Agile or Waterfall project delivery.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project tracking.
- Monitor project scope, risks, and issue resolution.
- Assist in deployment planning and post-implementation support.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Support SIT/UAT testing activities.
- Validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Track defects and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project and system documentation.
- Prepare reports, status updates, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Ensure proper version control and audit compliance documentation.
