We are seeking an experienced Optometrist/Store Manager to join our team at SATURDAYS in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract position with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As the Optometrist/Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services and managing the day-to-day operations of our optical store.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive eye examinations and prescribing corrective lenses or other vision solutions
- Fitting and dispensing glasses and contact lenses
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing all customer inquiries and concerns
- Managing store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant optical industry regulations and standards
- Actively participating in and contributing to the growth and development of the business
- Registered Optometrist with a valid license to practice in Malaysia
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Optometrist or in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for the optical industry and a commitment to providing the best possible care for our customers
