Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers as they enter the café.
• Handle reservations and seating arrangements.
• Take customer inquiries, provide information about menu items, promotions, and services.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
• Manage bookings, take phone orders, and coordinate with café staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with billing and payments if required.
• Coordinate with café staff to ensure smooth order management
• Collect customer feedback and address minor complaints.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience from entry to exit
• Support the café team during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (POS system, email, booking/reservation software).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speak Mandarin fluently is required/preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
