We are seeking a confident, energetic, and camera-ready Live Streaming Host to join our team full-time. As the face of our live broadcasts, you will play a vital role in engaging audiences, showcasing products, and building a strong online community across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on-camera, keeps up with digital trends, and connects authentically with online audiences while delivering high-energy, professional live content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and lead live-streaming sessions on TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other assigned platforms.
• Present and demonstrate products, services, or content in an engaging, entertaining, and informative manner.
• Interact with viewers in real time through comments, Q&A, and shoutouts to boost engagement and drive conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align live content with campaign objectives.
• Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout every broadcast.
• Represent the brand consistently and professionally, ensuring all live content reflects company values.
• Monitor and track performance metrics, including viewer engagement, conversion rates, and audience growth.
• Stay updated on trending content formats, competitor live streams, and industry best practices.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality live production, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and internet stability.
• Build a strong on-screen presence with authenticity that resonates with the target audiences

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Prior hands-on experience hosting live streams on TikTok Live and Shopee Live is required.
• Work Location: On-site role based at Jalan Bangi Avenue 1/8, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.
• KPI Expectations: Host 1 live session per day, totaling 6 hours of live streaming (3 hours on TikTok and 3 hours on Shopee).
• Working Days & Schedule: Daily working schedule with 2 non-fixed off days per week.
• Working Hours: Between 9:00 AM – 12.00 AM, depending on assigned live-streaming slots.
• Gender: Open to all genders.
• Salary & Benefits: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000, plus commission based on performance.
