Job Responsibilities
1. Scheduling & Manpower Management
- Plan, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly livestream schedules for full-time, part-time, and seasonal live hosts
- Ensure sufficient manpower coverage for all livestream slots with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with external live host agencies for sourcing and scheduling of outsourced or temporary live hosts when required
- Coordinate roster planning, shift arrangements, replacements, and schedule adjustments when required
- Support onboarding and coordination of new or temporary live hosts during peak or campaign periods
- Communicate and liaise with live hosts to ensure smooth day-to-day livestream operations
2. Technical & Studio Operations
- Support livestream studio setup including camera, lighting, audio, and streaming configuration
- Operate and manage livestream software such as OBS Studio (scene setup, audio levels, transitions, basic controls)
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues during livestream sessions to minimise disruption
- Ensure operations comply with company SOPs, policies, and assigned KPIs
3. Administration & Performance Tracking
- Monitor live host attendance, punctuality, leave, and overall discipline
- Prepare and maintain accurate commission calculations, attendance records, and performance tracking
- Manage and track product inventory within the livestream studio, ensuring sufficient stock availability for all sessions
- Plan and control budget for livestream props and product usage, ensuring cost efficiency and proper utilisation
- Handle administrative and operational matters related to the livestream department
- Assist in resolving daily operational issues, including last-minute manpower or scheduling gaps
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review
- Provide ad-hoc operational support for livestream activities, campaigns, or department needs as assigned
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years experience in operations, scheduling, admin, or livestream support (fresh grads may be considered)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Experience in roster planning, attendance tracking, commission handling, or inventory coordination is an advantage
- Familiarity with e-commerce or livestream environments (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of livestream technical setup (camera, lighting, mic, streaming tools)
- Familiarity with OBS Studio or similar livestream software is an added advantage
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills (internal & external parties)
- Able to work in a fast-paced and shift-based environment
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage schedules, data, and inventory accurately
- Willing to support during campaigns, weekends, or adjusted schedules when required
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
