Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular stock checks (cycle counts), and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Receiving & Issuing: Unloading, inspecting for quality/accuracy, and logging new shipments. Issuing materials/stock to production or customers.
  • Storage & Housekeeping: Organizing the store/warehouse, ensuring proper storage methods, and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all transactions, including invoices, returns, and daily stock updates.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating with purchasing, production, and sales teams to manage supply levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations will be added advantage.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data entry, physical stamina to lift heavy items, and good organizational.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
