JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for two proactive interns to gain experience in the roles of Admin Assistant (Office Management) and Billing Assistant. The internship will be for a period of approximately 3 - 4 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Facilities Management & Maintenance:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Assisting with the coordination of office operations – ie. managing office supplies, equipment and motor vehicles.
  • Oversee company property upkeep and maintenance.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Communication, Coordination & Liaison:

  • Laise with vendors and suppliers on administrative matters and office supplies.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., licensing, regulatory, or statutory matters).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.

Document Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Project Coordination:

  • Help coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by HOD or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, reliable, eager to learn and strong work ethics.
