We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize critical business applications. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across business systems.
• Monitor application and system performance to ensure high availability and stability.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Support application deployments, remediation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Follow SDLC and Agile practices in day-to-day work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed.

Required Skills

• Strong Java programming skills.
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework (Code First).
• Familiarity with Docker and AWS deployments.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in application remediation and support environments.
