Responsibilities

Position Summary:-

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support HRMS Payroll and Accounting software.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive high-volume outbound sales to acquire new business for HRMS & Accounting solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation to closing
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales KPIs
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting
  • Provide pre-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry networking sessions
  • Provide timely sales updates and pipeline reporting to management


Main Requirements :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (3–4 years preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in HRMS / Accounting / SaaS solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, BM & Mandarin
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred (client-facing requirement)
  • Familiar with Malaysia statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, Employment Act) is a plus
  • Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings
