This is a full-time Senior Application Analyst position located on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves conducting in-depth systems analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering IT and technical support to optimize business workflows. The Senior Application Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and maintenance of efficient applications, assist with solution design, and improve overall technical operations for the organization.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Systems Analysis capabilities to assess business needs and optimize application functionality
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical or workflow-related issues promptly
• Proven expertise in Information Technology and Technical Support to manage and maintain application systems effectively
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in low-code platforms is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with global digital transformation processes is an advantage
