  • Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and internal IT processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory / Azure AD, endpoint management, and common SaaS tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and LAN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT asset management, laptop provisioning, and employee onboarding/offboarding support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and respond quickly to user requests.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus to support cross-border collaboration.
