What Will You Do?

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Marketing in executing both online and offline marketing initiatives across the

company’s property developments.

• Support the planning and coordination of the monthly content calendar for social media

platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Assist in content shooting and production, including short videos, property highlights, event

coverage, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Support daily organic content posting and execution across social media platforms.
• Check scheduled posts to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand

guidelines before and after posting.

• Assist in preparing content assets such as videos, captions, and basic edits under the guidance

of the Content Lead.

• Monitor content performance including impressions, engagement, and reach, and assist in

preparing simple performance reports.

• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and content hooks to help improve content

performance.

• Share observations and ideas with the marketing team to continuously improve content quality

and engagement

• Assist in marketing events, property previews, or on-ground activations when required.

Who Must You Be?

• Fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any fields are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with video content production.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
• Familiar with basic editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
