Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Event Management Specialist to join our team on-site in Petaling Jaya. The role involves planning and managing events from concept to execution, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The specialist will also handle marketing efforts related to events, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations to ensure continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills, with proven experience in organizing successful events
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience in Marketing and promotional strategies to enhance event visibility
• Capability to provide Training to staff or volunteers for event roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with event management software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
