Role Description

The School Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing schedules, supporting educators in lesson planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of educational activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and teachers to foster a collaborative and organized environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, requiring exemplary leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and daily operations efficiently.
• Proven Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and teachers ensuring a positive and professional school environment.
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Education to support teaching staff and align activities with the school's curriculum goals.
• Educational Leadership abilities to guide and manage a team, promoting a high standard of education and student success.
• Proficiency in the use of office management tools and software is preferred.
• Prior experience in an educational or music-related environment is advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
