Position: Admin & HR Intern

Working Location: Taipan 1, Ara Damansara (public transport reachable)

Working Hours: 9-6pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and projects. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR practices, recruitment, payroll support, and employee engagement, making it a great opportunity to learn and grow in the HR field.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Support in preparing HR documents such as employee handbooks, policies, and reports.

• Answer employee questions about HR related issues, policies, and procedures.

• Assist employees with HR-related issues and direct them to the appropriate resources.

• Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and claims checking.

• Participate in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

• Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.

• Perform end to end payroll processing. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works for clients.

• Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months (starting October 2025 onwards) and open to continue as a full-time hire after internship (not pursuing further studies).
  • Enthusiastic and eager to apply academic knowledge to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with a strong passion for HR.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members in a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
