We’re looking for an innovative and technology-driven Smart Manufacturing Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Industry 4.0, automation, data analytics, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do️ Smart Manufacturing & Automation

• Support implementation of smart factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through automation and digital technologies
• Integrate IoT devices, sensors, and connected systems into operations
• Optimize production workflows and operational performance

Data & Operational Analytics

• Monitor production data and manufacturing KPIs
• Analyze operational trends to identify process improvements
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for factory performance
• Support predictive maintenance and data-driven manufacturing strategies

Systems & Technology Integration

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams
• Support MES, ERP, SCADA, and manufacturing system integration
• Ensure smooth implementation of digital manufacturing solutions
• Assist with testing, deployment, and system optimization

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and support teams on new systems and technologies
• Work with stakeholders to improve production quality and efficiency
• Contribute to innovation and transformation projects

️ What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field
• ️ Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IoT, automation systems, or manufacturing software
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
