Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate critical systems including power, cooling, and fire protection systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment such as UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and electrical panels.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and system failures promptly and take corrective actions.
• Ensure all operational activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any system issues or outages.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of all activities during the shift.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
• Support emergency response activities and participate in drills.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin
• 1–5 years of experience in data centre operations, facilities, or critical environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building management systems (BMS).
• Experience working in a 24/7 shift environment is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and respond under pressure.
