Responsibilities
The Account Executive is responsible for managing full set of accounts while supporting operational functions including shipment coordination and supplier liaison. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth logistics processes, and effective communication with local and overseas suppliers.
Responsible :
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely month-end closing
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Manage supplier payments and customer collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in communication and coordination with China suppliers to ensure smooth order processing
• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers, especially for China-based vendors
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting
• Exposure to shipment/logistics and supplier coordination is a strong advantage
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Familiar with shipping processes and import/export documentation
• Good communication skills (Mandarin is a plus for China suppliers)
