Responsibilities : - Prepare, organize and drive end-to-end Data Migration activities for a rollout PHILIPPINES: (not pilot)- Drive delivery and coordination across 20+ stakeholders (Global team, Tribes, External Apps)Hard skills : - Functional: strong understanding of data migration logic (extract / transform / load), object dependencies & sequencing; ability to read and challenge mapping specifications- Project Management: ability to structure and run activities, routines and ad hoc meetings when needed; escalate at the right time to the right stakeholders

Soft skills : - Strong communicator- Calm under pressure- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills- Role is highly visible with exposure to SM+ levels
