Build a High-Performance Sales Career with an Established AV Industry Leader

Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. is one of the pioneers in the Audio Visual (AV) industry in Malaysia, with a proven track record since 1978. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven, disciplined, and results-oriented Sales Executive to grow our business in interactive display and audio visual solutions across the corporate and education sectors.

This role is suited for individuals who are confident engaging clients, proactive in generating new business, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

* Build, manage, and grow relationships with corporate, education, and government clients

* Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, and client meetings

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow through to close deals

* Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure successful project delivery

* Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts

* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

* 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in IT, AV, or related solutions)

* Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

* Basic understanding of IT hardware, Android/Windows operating systems, and networking concepts is an added advantage

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently

* Possess a valid driving licence (Class D required; Class B is an added advantage) and own transport, and willing to travel for client visits

* This role involves handling and transporting demonstration equipment, including setup at client sites (may involve stair access). Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable with such tasks
