Role Description

The Archi Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, coordinating with design and construction teams, managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, and resolving design-related issues during project execution. The Archi Coordinator will work closely with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in architectural planning, design coordination, and project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, design regulations, and construction standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on high-rise or commercial projects, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software is an added advantage.
