Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to support Project Managers to achieve successful project management.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.
• Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Coordinate and supervise site work including liase with sub-contractors and supplier
• Liase with project manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project’s progress and any issues or concern
• Identify and resolve any problems or conflicts that arise during construction, taking prompt action to minimize disruptions
• Monitor and adherence to Safety and Health regulations and procedure at site
• Coordinate with internal department for any purchasing purpose
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation related to the project
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and expenditures.
• To assist Project Manager in prepare Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, As-Built Drawing.
• Work with Project Administrator deliverables (i.e. meeting minutes; budget tracking; schedule updates; move management; closeout).
• Support other team members to achieve departmental goals and objective
• To attend site visit or perform site recce

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Architectural, Civil or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Good oral and written communication
• Willing to travel and able to work independently / under minimal supervision
• Night work may require, depends on site requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in SketchUp and 3D Max or equivalent is an advantage
